All Sales Are Final
Due to the limited, collectible nature of our special edition books, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect format selection, or accidental orders.

Replacement Policy for Damaged or Defective Items
Our priority is ensuring you receive your collectible book in perfect condition. If your order arrives damaged, is defective, or is missing items, we will replace it at no cost under the following conditions:

We will replace your item if:

  • The package is confirmed lost by the carrier (based on tracking).

  • The book has a manufacturing defect that affects readability (e.g., binding issues, torn or missing pages, misprinted text).

  • An item is missing from your shipped order.

  • The product has significant damage incurred during shipping that affects its display value (e.g., deeply crushed corners, major scratches).

To qualify for a replacement, you must:

  1. Contact us at booksalesjiujitsu@gmail.com within 7 days of the delivery date.

  2. Provide your order number.

  3. Provide clear photographs of the damaged product, packaging, and any visible defects.

Upon approval, we will ship a replacement item to your original shipping address at no charge.

What Is Not Covered
We cannot provide replacements in the following situations:

  • The carrier's tracking shows the package was successfully delivered.

  • The shipping address provided at checkout was incorrect or incomplete.

  • The damage occurred after delivery (e.g., during unpacking or from handling).

  • The issue is considered minor (e.g., slight shelf wear, a small dust jacket imperfection, or a faint printing variation inherent to collectible editions).
