Shipping policy

Order Processing & Shipping
All orders are fulfilled and shipped by our partner, Merrick Books, from their warehouse in Texas, USA. We currently ship to all addresses within the continental United States.

  • Shipping Rate: A flat-rate shipping fee of $7.99 applies to all orders.

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2-3 business days of placement (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Shipping & Delivery: Once shipped, please allow 5-10 business days for delivery. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our fulfillment center.

  • Order Changes: Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. We are unable to modify or cancel orders after they are placed.

Damaged, Defective, or Missing Items
Your satisfaction is important to us. If your order arrives damaged, is defective, or is missing items, please contact us at booksalesjiujitsu@gmail.com within 7 days of the delivery date. Include your order number and photos of the damage or issue.

We will replace qualifying items at no cost under the following conditions:

  • The carrier confirms the package was lost in transit.

  • The product has a manufacturing defect (e.g., misaligned binding, missing pages, significant printing errors).

  • Items are missing from the shipped package.

  • The product sustains significant damage during shipping that affects its display or use (e.g., deeply crushed corners, major cover scratches).

What We Cannot Cover
We are unable to offer replacements or refunds in the following situations:

  • The carrier's tracking information shows the package was successfully delivered.

  • The shipping address provided at checkout was incorrect, incomplete, or invalid.

  • Damage occurred after delivery or during the unpacking process.

  • The issue is considered minor shelf wear or a slight manufacturing imperfection that does not affect readability.
